What's a typical day as a Finish Operator? You'll be:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring pouch-making equipment to ensure production and quality standards are met.

Performing machine changeovers, preventive maintenance, roll changes, and splice removal.

Conducting quality control checks, data entry, and maintaining accurate production records.

Keeping equipment and work areas clean, orderly, and production ready.

Supporting and overseeing the daily work of Finish Assistants, including training new and current employees.

Removing trash, trim, and production waste from the work area.

Following all plant safety rules and promptly reporting safety, food safety, or equipment concerns.

Performing additional related duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have the ability to complete Finish Assistant certification requirements.

Possess basic math, computer, and hand tool skills.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Can give and receive clear direction and work effectively with teammates.

Excel in teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Approach safety, quality, documentation, and production procedures dependably.

Are able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
