What You'll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels

Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales and Service Departments

Maintain and manage customer follow-up activities

Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service

Accurately document customer interactions in company systems

Support dealership marketing and customer retention initiatives

Stay current on dealership products, services, promotions, and pricing

What You Bring:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Professional and positive attitude

Basic computer proficiency and phone skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive experience is a plus
