Cox Fleet is currently hiring a CDL A Driver - Vehicle Porter to join our Shop Team to support the future growth of the Company. Duties: Shuttle commercial vehicles to be repaired or post repairs between our maintenance shop and our customers in the surrounding area - be home every evening. Pick up and deliver parts from local parts stores/distribution centers back to our maintenance shop. Provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond customers\' expectations. Contributes to achievement of Maintenance Shop department goals and objectives. Maintains a safe and compliant working environment. Attend management meetings when requested. \ Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements. Requirements: \ High School Diploma/GED and 3 years\' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years\' experience in a related field. A valid Class A commercial driver\'s license (CDL). Between 1 and 3 years of CDL driving experience. The ability to lift to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment. The ability to read/follow maps, routes, and GPS system. Experience in positions demonstrates the ability to provide exceptional customer service to external and internal contacts.
