You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Bring agility, reliability, integrity, and a people-first approach while working as part of a collaborative team.

Sat09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Sun09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
