As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch with Active Clearance in Merrimack, NH , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $29.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and/or requests to assigned personnel using radios, telephones, and computerized dispatch systems.

Maintain accurate logs and records of communications, incidents, personnel movements, and dispatch activities in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.

Monitor security-related systems, access activity, and communications to help support timely response to developing situations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
