JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supplier Quality Supervisor Implements, coordinates,
and supervises supplier quality processes and procedures to ensure
purchased materials, components, and services meet customer, regulatory,
and company quality requirements. Leads supplier quality activities,
including supplier performance monitoring, quality issue resolution,
corrective and preventive actions, audits, and continuous improvement.
Provides daily leadership and direction to Receiving Inspection and
Supplier Quality Technicians while partnering with Purchasing,
Manufacturing, Engineering, and other departments to drive supplier
quality, prevent defects, and maintain consistent product quality. Who

and structural systems, producing complex products and components for
commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space

Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace
and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries. Job Summary
Lead supplier quality activities to ensure purchased materials,
components, and services meet contractual, customer, regulatory, and
internal quality requirements. Develop, communicate, and maintain
supplier quality requirements, specifications, quality procedures, and
acceptance criteria for assigned suppliers and programs. Manage supplier
quality performance, including supplier selection, qualification,
development, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Serve as the
primary quality interface with suppliers regarding nonconformances,
corrective actions, process improvements, and quality performance.
Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Quoting, and
Contract Management to establish supplier quality requirements and
ensure alignment with customer expectations. Monitor incoming material
quality and supplier performance to ensure purchased products meet
specifications and production requirements. Lead supplier nonconformance
investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA), and effectiveness verification. Drive timely resolution of
supplier quality issues and escalate significant or recurring issues as
appropriate. Identify supplier risks and develop improvement plans to
prevent recurring quality issues and improve supplier reliability.
