Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a banking environment in Dracut, Massachusetts. This Contract position is ideal for someone who creates a welcoming first impression while managing a busy phone system and handling incoming inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. The right candidate will balance strong communication skills with organized administrative support to help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and incoming guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive front-office experience.

Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages when needed.

Respond to inbound phone inquiries with clear communication and appropriate routing to internal teams.

Maintain an orderly reception area and support the overall presentation of the office environment.

Provide general administrative assistance such as handling basic documentation, distributing information, and supporting daily office needs.

Coordinate communication between visitors, callers, and staff to help keep operations running smoothly. Requirements - Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.

Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with confidence and accuracy.

Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner.

Experience handling inbound calls and routing inquiries appropriately.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
