Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Ashburn, Virginia. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help keep workflows moving smoothly by coordinating orders, handling communications, and maintaining essential office supplies. Strong attention to detail and a detail-oriented approach to both in-person and phone interactions will be key to success.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of office materials, snacks, and workplace supplies to ensure the team has what it needs each day.

Manage the return of materials and track related follow-up activities to keep inventory and requests organized.

Schedule calls and assist with order-related communication to support timely processing and resolution.

Answer inbound phone calls courteously, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide front-desk style administrative support as needed.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records with a high level of precision.

Assist with general office coordination tasks that contribute to an efficient and well-organized work environment. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or receptionist-focused role.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently.

Comfortable handling inbound calls and communicating professionally with internal and external contacts.

Experience with data entry and maintaining organized records in an office setting.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including ordering supplies and coordinating routine administrative activities.
