Customer Service Representative (Open Enrollment Support)

About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a busy open enrollment season. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy helping people and are looking to gain or expand their call center experience.
You will assist employees and customers with benefits-related inquiries, enrollment assistance, and insurance program information while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 30-40 inbound calls per day in a queue-based environment
Assist employees and customers with benefit and insurance-related questions
Explain benefit plans, coverage options, and enrollment processes
Process and document benefit enrollments accurately
Research and resolve customer concerns
Navigate multiple systems and applications while maintaining accurate records
Provide support during the annual open enrollment period
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other customer-facing experience is acceptable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping customers
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Ability to navigate multiple screens, tabs, and applications simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Stable work history and strong job tenure
Preferred Qualifications
Call center experience
Benefits administration or insurance experience
Open enrollment experience
Customer support experience in a high-volume environment
Training & ScheduleTraining
3 weeks of classroom and nesting training
Fully onsite in Salt Lake City, UT
Post-Training Schedule
Assigned a shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Shift assignments will be determined during training
Employees cannot select or change their assigned schedule during the contract
Must be available Monday through Friday during operating hours
Required to work at least one Saturday per month during October, November, and January (overtime eligible)
Important Requirements
Full schedule availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Ability to work onsite as required
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office
Ability to report onsite if internet or equipment issues prevent remote work

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
