Our client, a leading organization in the utilities sector, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistance to join their team. As a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistance, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting project managers and field staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistance

Pay : $25 hour

Schedule : M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm (8 hour shift / 1hr lunch break)

Work Location : In person at 212-26 99 th Avenue, Queens Village, NY Office

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and monitoring training records.

Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.

Research and investigate various issues related to project operations.

Prepare travel itineraries, make travel arrangements, and schedule meetings or appointments for managers and field workers.

Draft correspondence and other formal documents, handle all incoming calls, and follow through with issues raised with appropriate parties.

What's Needed?

Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred.

At least 5 years of previous experience in office administration or related fields.

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).

Preference for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English.
