Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Mechanic Technician 1 to join their team. As an Industrial Mechanic Technician 1, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Utilize mechanical skills and knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication
Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal uptime in a continuous process manufacturing environment
Engage in preventative maintenance activities in assigned areas
Collaborate effectively with maintenance and operations teams to resolve issues
Work with computer systems for maintenance processes and work orders
What's Needed?
At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
Basic knowledge of PLCs, A/C, motors, drives, schematics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer applications
Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends as required

¿Cuál será tu trabajo?
Utilizar habilidades mecánicas y conocimientos en neumática, hidráulica, rodamientos, transmisión de potencia y lubricación
Mantener y solucionar problemas en maquinaria para garantizar la máxima disponibilidad en un entorno de producción continua
Participar en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo en las áreas asignadas
Colaborar eficazmente con los equipos de mantenimiento y operaciones para resolver problemas
Trabajar con sistemas informáticos para procesos de mantenimiento y órdenes de trabajo
¿Qué necesitas?
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Mantenimiento Industrial
Conocimientos básicos en PLCs, A/C, motores, drives, esquemas, rodamientos, transmisión de potencia, lubricación, sistemas hidráulicos y neumáticos
Habilidades efectivas de comunicación escrita y verbal
Capacidad para leer planos y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas básicas
Disposición para trabajar en turnos flexibles y fines de semana según sea necesario
