Develop and monitor departmental objectives and key results. Responsible leading continuous improvement of the team. Maintain desired customer service levels and offer coaching to the associates within the department. In short, 100% of the orders placed, processed, and shipped by Rehlko Power Systems, AMER runs through the Sales Administration team, making this a critical part of our day-to-day operations. Rehlko Power Systems is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Sales Coordinators responsible for coordinating the shipment of finished goods to customers and distributors. This critical leadership role oversees transportation planning, order fulfillment, shipment execution, and customer communication to ensure on-time delivery, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience. The Sales Operations Supervisor will serve as a key liaison between customers, transportation partners, manufacturing, warehousing, and sales teams while driving continuous improvement across logistics operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for shipment planning, transportation management, order fulfillment, and customer communication. Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Provide ongoing training and guidance on logistics processes, transportation systems, customer communication, and best practicesfor shipment execution.
