Description We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support brand growth and campaign execution for a service-focused organization. This long-term contract position is ideal for a marketing specialist who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across digital and traditional channels. The role will focus on strengthening market presence, developing compelling content, and coordinating initiatives that connect with target business audiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that build brand visibility and support business goals across multiple channels.

Develop campaign strategies for email, digital, and content initiatives, ensuring messaging aligns with audience needs and overall brand direction.

Manage brand-related projects from concept through launch, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers to create marketing materials and deliver high-quality campaign assets.

Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement data to refine targeting, improve results, and guide future marketing decisions.

Oversee content development for promotional materials, presentations, and communications that strengthen market positioning.

Balance multiple projects at once by setting priorities, tracking progress, and maintaining quality standards under tight deadlines.

Support broader marketing efforts in a B2B or service-oriented environment by aligning initiatives with customer and business objectives. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 to 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, brand leadership, or a comparable discipline.

Proven success managing integrated campaigns and brand initiatives across several marketing channels.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, content strategy, and audience segmentation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive messaging.

Solid project management capabilities, including organizing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.

Experience collaborating with creative partners, outside vendors, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.

Background in B2B, industrial, service, or multi-entity business environments is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
