Essential Responsibilities

-Collaborate with senior software engineers and other team members to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable software.

-Maintain existing codebase and collaborate with senior engineers to develop new features as business needs change.

-Work with senior software engineers to identify and implement new technologies and techniques that can improve our overall platform performance and ultimate customer experience.

-Work independently and know when to ask for help solving complex problems.

-Author technical design documentation in adherence to business and solution architecture requirements.

-Adhere to and ensure engineering best practices using modern SDLC that enables CI/CD and favors automation, auditability, automated testing, infrastructure, and policy as code.

-Troubleshoot and research common issues utilizing existing procedures and adapting as the situation requires.

-Develop and maintain relationships with diverse teams spanning all organizational levels to effectively articulate technology solution and gain trust and buy-in.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with other architects and engineers.

-Experience with relational or non-relational database technologies and concepts like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, HBase, ACID, and CAP theorem.

-Agile development experience.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $60,278.00 - $140,451.76 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
