Temporary Administrative Assistant

Our client in the York, PA area is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant(3-6 month contract) to join their team. As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting project management activities within the office environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will enable you to thrive in this role and contribute effectively to the team.

Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: $35/hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Assist in coordinating project activities and reporting obligations

Monitor and control actions across departments to ensure timely project execution

Prepare internal meeting minutes and reports for customers

Track and oversee the project schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time

Support internal coordination efforts to facilitate smooth project operations

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of scheduling tools and project management basics

Experience with SAP is a plus

Previous experience related to project coordination or administrative support is beneficial

Strong organizational and communication skills
