Description We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to shape demand generation, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue growth for our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role partners closely with sales and external stakeholders to build targeted campaigns, expand partner-driven programs, and turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline impact. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing experience, a data-focused mindset, and the ability to personally execute campaigns, automation, and follow-up strategies in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand recognition, generate valuable opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

Develop and run partner-focused campaigns that support chamber and association relationships, coordinating outreach, promotions, and follow-up activities.

Create repeatable marketing frameworks for partner programs and events, ensuring leads are captured, nurtured, and advanced efficiently.

Work closely with sales leadership to align campaign priorities, account-based marketing efforts, and conversion strategies across target audiences.

Plan and execute event marketing programs from promotion through post-event engagement, measuring results and refining future efforts.

Manage marketing automation and campaign workflows in HubSpot while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting across the funnel.

Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics, translating results into actionable recommendations that improve return on investment.

Collaborate across teams to produce messaging and content that clearly communicates the company's value in energy management and sustainability services. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in marketing, including substantial work in B2B demand generation and campaign execution.

Proven success leading marketing strategy while also directly managing day-to-day execution of programs and outreach.

Strong background in digital marketing, brand development, and pipeline-focused campaign planning.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing tools or related CRM and automation platforms.

Ability to build productive partnerships with sales teams and external organizations to drive coordinated go-to-market activity.

Demonstrated skill in using performance metrics to evaluate campaigns and guide optimization decisions.

Excellent communication and project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple initiatives effectively. Innovation starts with people.®
