The hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets , including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.?

In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of all our food and beverage operations. You will report directly to our Director of Restaurants and oversee 2 Food and Beverage Managers 35-40 Front-of-House Team Members.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of food and beverage leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets within a fine-dining or Forbes-rated luxury hotel environment. They will bring strong administrative and organizational skills, along with a service-driven, engaging leadership style and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Wine knowledge is preferred, and experience managing in a unionized environment is a plus.

Support seamless operations: Assist in directing all aspects of restaurant operations - including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation - ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets.
Shape guest satisfaction strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Restaurants to define and implement guest service standards, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and helping to drive solutions that elevate the guest experience
Oversee outlet performance: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements
Maximize revenue opportunities: Support the development and implementation of strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food & beverage marketing programs
Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing #LI-JP2
