What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven automotive Sales Manager who:

Has previous automotive sales management experience / finance manager or time in the business with a drive to learn and proven track record of success.

Has a demonstrated history of sales volume and gross performance

Understands deal structure, desking, inventory, and profitability

Knows how to coach and develop salespeople

Can create accountability without creating a negative culture

Understands the importance of appointments, follow-up, and pipeline management

Leads from the front and sets the standard for the team

Is competitive, driven, and results-oriented

Is organized and process-driven

Takes pride in the customer experience

Wants to build a long-term career-not simply collect a paycheck
