Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer support industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range: $23-$26

Shift: 8am - 5pm, hybrid (Tues and Wed onsite, with remote work options during renovation)

What's the Job?

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Prioritize and manage daily workload, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly to resolve issues efficiently.

Collaborate across various functions within the organization to develop long-term solutions for customer concerns.

Manage incoming inquiries through Salesforce mailboxes and queues, delivering timely responses.

Execute SAP transactions such as order entry, status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or recognized GED equivalent.

At least 2 years of practical customer support experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
