Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage front-desk activity, handle incoming communications, and keep administrative tasks moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to maintain accurate records while supporting a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment.

Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while ensuring a positive first point of contact.

Answer inbound phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and consistency to support office records and reporting needs.

Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and other administrative materials for easy access and tracking.

Coordinate general office support tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and routine clerical follow-up.

Assist team members with administrative requests and help keep workflows on schedule. Requirements - Experience providing administrative support in an office or corporate setting.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Proficiency in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and clerical support activities. TalentMatch®
