Interested in finance, analytics, strategy, or business decision-making? Join Post Consumer Brands as a Finance Intern for a 12-week summer experience designed to provide meaningful work, professional development, and hands-on exposure to the consumer-packaged goods industry.
As a Finance Intern, you'll work alongside professionals across a variety of finance functions and gain exposure to how financial insights drive business decisions.
Depending on business needs and your interests, you may support our Commercial Finance team, partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive growth and profitability, or our Operations Finance team, supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing to improve efficiency and performance. You'll develop analytical, financial, and business acumen while contributing to projects that have a real impact on the organization.
What You'll Do
Depending on business needs and your interests, you may have opportunities to:
Analyze financial and operational data to uncover business insights and opportunities.
Support strategic decisions through forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations used by business leaders.
Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing on projects that drive business results.
Potential Project Opportunities:
Evaluate pricing, promotions, and business investments to support profitable growth.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business results and drive strategic decisions.
Specific projects and assignments will be determined before the internship based on business needs and intern interests.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Interest in Finance or consumer packaged goods, with a desire to explore career opportunities with Post Consumer Brands after graduation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Preferred
Previous internship, leadership, work, research, or project experience.
