Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.
APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or other Supply Chain certifications preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, reporting, and data analysis tools.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Supply Chain Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous OEM manufacturing experience required.
Proven experience leading and developing supply chain teams, including buyers, planners, and shipping/receiving personnel.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, procurement, production planning, and logistics.
Demonstrated success negotiating supplier agreements, pricing, and lead-time commitments.

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop and monitor KPIs, inventory metrics, and supplier performance measures.
Commitment to safety, operational excellence, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, production, customer service, and executive leadership teams.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
Frequent computer use, including ERP/MRP systems, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to walk production and warehouse areas as needed.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment as required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Job Duties
Lead purchasing, planning, scheduling, inventory control, logistics, shipping, and receiving operations to support customer demand and production goals.
Develop material planning strategies that optimize inventory levels, improve service performance, and reduce costs.
Manage and maintain ERP/MRP data, documentation, scheduling, and procurement processes.
Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and strategic sourcing agreements.
Establish inventory strategies including safety stock, EOQ, reorder points, and demand planning processes.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply chain professionals while monitoring performance and accountability.
Evaluate supplier performance related to quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
Reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory while improving inventory accuracy.
Analyze and report KPIs related to on-time delivery, inventory performance, utilization, supplier performance, and cost savings.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency across sourcing, warehouse operations, logistics, and materials management functions.
Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence throughout the supply chain organization.
