About the Team

Distribution Warehouse leads the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work of the warehouse. Manages the performance reporting of the warehouse including inventory levels, supply cost control, staff overhead and other expenditures. Being a Distribution Warehouse Supervisor establishes daily and weekly distribution goals and objectives and ensures the execution. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.

Drive productivity by meeting or exceeding volume, service, and operational performance goals.

Lead a safe warehouse operation through safety training, compliance, and accident prevention initiatives.

Oversee all storage, staging, packaging, material handling, and outbound logistics activities.

Ensure inventory accuracy, system integrity, and efficient product flow while proactively resolving operational issues.

Support budget and KPI achievement through standardization, continuous improvement, and labor optimization.

Develop, coach, and mentor team members and leaders while fostering growth, accountability, and engagement.

Promote a positive, collaborative culture by building strong cross-functional relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.

Continuously improve accuracy, quality, efficiency, safety, and housekeeping across all warehouse operations.

Your Profile as Supply Chain Supervisor:

Bachelor's degree required, with 4-5+ years of supervisory experience, including 2+ years in a distribution center environment.

Proven experience leading and developing teams of 10-15+ associates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and develop future leaders through coaching and feedback.

Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficient in interpreting policies and procedures and effectively communicating expectations.

Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, WMS systems.

Flexibility to support multiple shifts.
