Description

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the President/CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and can maintain confidentiality while supporting executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a complex and active calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and scheduling logistics.

Coordinate communications, correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

Serve as a key point of contact between the President/CEO and internal departments.

Prepare travel itineraries, expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and invoices.

Monitor and prioritize emails, phone calls, and executive communications.

Maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.

Support executive meetings, special projects, and community-focused events.

Provide occasional front desk coverage and professionally greet visitors and guests.

Assist other executives and departments as needed.

Requirements

Previous Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience.

Strong calendar management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
