Part Time Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a wholesale distribution organization. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workflows organized, assisting internal teams, and creating a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. The person in this role will contribute to scheduling, documentation, and general administrative coordination while maintaining accuracy throughout each task.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and respond to general inquiries in a courteous and attentive manner.

Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and help manage meeting schedules for team members.

Enter, update, and verify information in office records to ensure data remains accurate and current.

Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems so documents are easy to access and properly stored.

Prepare and format reports, letters, and other routine business materials as needed.

Distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing packages, and assist with delivery-related coordination.

Track office supply inventory and help arrange replenishment to support uninterrupted daily operations.

Provide administrative support across departments by assisting with projects and handling general office duties.

Manage sensitive information with sound judgment and a high level of confidentiality. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist capacity is required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

High level of accuracy and close attention to detail.

Positive, dependable approach with a willingness to learn and support the team.
