Description We are looking for a welcoming and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in Danbury, Connecticut. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining an orderly office, assisting with routine administrative work, and creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers. You will play an important part in helping the team stay organized through consistent office support and accurate task completion.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage front desk activity in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.

Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide helpful assistance to callers.

Maintain paper files and keep office records organized for easy access and accuracy.

Complete invoice templates using provided formats and ensure information is entered correctly.

Perform basic data entry tasks and update information with attention to detail.

Prepare shipping and packing labels to support outgoing office materials and deliveries.

Provide general administrative assistance that helps the office run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Requirements - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and detail-focused approach.

Ability to handle data entry and basic computer-based administrative tasks accurately.

Comfortable answering inbound calls and communicating clearly with visitors and staff.

Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain orderly files and records.

Dependable work habits and consistent attention to detail.

Ability to manage routine office support tasks in a steady-paced environment.
