Pay: $48,200 - $158,700 Annually

Schedule: Full Time

Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 9:00pm

What You'll Do

Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.

Ensure follow up and maintain ongoing relationships with previous and prospective customers.

Track customers using store specific management system/s.

Remain current on new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

1+ year of experience in automotive sales, is preferred.

Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.

Build relationships and earn customer's trust.

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200 - $158,700.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
