Job Title: HR Coordinator II

Location: Tampa, FL

Type: Contract

Compensation: $31-$36.28/hr

Work Model: Onsite - onsite

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (preferred), 40 hours/week

Overview

Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator II. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of HR Operations experience. Experience with case management, separation processing, and leave of absence is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems.

Manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes.

Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams as applicable.

Administer separation-related documentation such as termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, and compliance forms.

Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in HR operations.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Proficiency with Workday; highly preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system; highly preferred.

Experience with ADP payroll; preferred.

Strong Excel skills beyond basic level, including formulas, reports, and managing spreadsheets.

Ability to think critically and resolve issues without scripts.

Experience with case management, separation processing, and leave of absence is a plus.

Comfortable handling escalations with minimal supervision, reporting remotely to a manager outside the U.S.

English required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, and Portuguese are a plus but not required.
