As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist customers and team members with professionalism and clear communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Thur06:30 AM - 02:15 PM

Fri06:30 AM - 02:15 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to retail location clients, members, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, entrance and exit areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.

Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment for customers, employees, and deliveries.

Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to incidents, patrols, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
