Summary This position functions as An Air Conditioning Equipment Operator within the Facility Management Division for the Harry S. Truman Memorial Hospital, Columbia MO. The position performs a variety of Air Conditioning Equipment Operator duties and related construction trades functions. Responsibilities Your duties can include but are not limited to the following: Operates a central refrigeration and air conditioning plant, including cooling towers, condenser water pumps, chilled water pumps (in the main plant and throughout the system), and air handling units in all areas of the buildings Operates a modem-integrated computerized energy management center Operates multiple unfired steam generators to provide humidification to critical patient care, and medical storage areas throughout the hospital Maintains salt levels and conducts testing all hospital water softener equipment.
