Job Summary

This role develops compelling content and marketing materials that support the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) portfolio. Partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams, the position drives consistent messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market activities while maintaining alignment with Comcast Business brand standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain marketing, sales enablement, and communications content across digital, print, web, email, presentation, and customer-facing channels.

Create clear, compelling copy that aligns with business objectives, target audience needs, and Comcast Business brand standards.

Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop messaging, content strategies, and go-to-market materials.

Ensure consistency and adherence to Comcast Business brand standards, voice, and messaging across all marketing communications.

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, customer communications, and sales initiatives.

Manage and maintain marketing content libraries, templates, and resources to ensure accessibility and consistency across teams.

Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform messaging, content development, and campaign planning.

Collaborate with creative, digital, and external partners to develop and deliver high-quality marketing assets.

Monitor content performance and stakeholder feedback, recommending improvements to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Support executive communications, thought leadership content, case studies, customer stories, and internal communications as needed.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
