Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings between $65000 - $75000 / year including incentives and auto allowance/reimbursement. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview
Responsible for achieving customer objectives, Key Performance Indicators, and targets by implementing strategies and tactics while managing customers in a manner that will achieve profitable long-term growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop relationships working with the top accounts in state
Build brand engagement with the trade-in both off and on-premise channels
Conduct brand training and be able to present the brand's features and benefits
Train Key Accounts and our internal sales teams on key brands' stories and attributes
Sell in single barrel programs, managing the process from receiving the samples, conducting the selection process to product selling through at account level
Activate consumer and trade events (where legal) to generate brand awareness, engagement, and trial
Work in the market with sales teams; provides suggestions and strategies to increase business
Regularly working in market with key suppliers
Work closely with Sr. Brand Manager of Spirits developing allocation plans and schedules, programming and inventory ideals.
Manage allocations of demanded products through the suppliers with a plan to execute to market
Communicate plan of allocations with sales team in a timely manner, managing expectations throughout
Manage single barrel programs across numerous portfolios from start to finish
Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager
Acts as a backup for sales consultants in their absence
Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably from a four-year college or university
Valid Driver's License
Five years of field sales/marketing experience in the fine wine and/or spirits industry.
Must be extremely organized with the ability to see projects through from start to finish
Must have proven, amiable, and active relationships with top customers throughout the local region
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Computer literacy with a focus on MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated effective and efficient written and oral communication
Excellent people skills, and management skills
Needs excellent time management skills
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Superior follow through and the ability to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision

Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours
May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 48lbs
