Job Title: Showroom Manager
Job Description
The Showroom Manager oversees all aspects of showroom operations with a strong focus on business generation, sales growth, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. This role manages cabinetry sales and design activities, leads and develops the sales team, and ensures a professional, efficient, and customer-focused showroom environment.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day showroom operations to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment for customers and partners.
Drive business generation and sales growth by developing and executing strategies to increase showroom traffic and revenue.
Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Oversee cabinetry sales and design activities, ensuring accurate, high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level builder clients and other key decision-makers to secure new business and repeat projects.
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts to secure new business opportunities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Use CAD or 2020 design software to support cabinetry design presentations, proposals, and project planning.
Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and other administrative documentation.
Develop and implement targeted solicitation strategies to identify, pursue, and secure key accounts and high-value opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate and support administrative tasks related to showroom operations, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Identify opportunities to participate in trade shows or conventions and support related activities to promote products and services.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, project timelines, and customer requirements.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of successful cabinetry sales and design experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing sales teams or working in a showroom environment.
At least 3 years of experience selling to C-level builder clients.
Strong working knowledge of CAD or 2020 design software.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to develop new business and generate sales growth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Extensive experience in negotiating and preparing contracts to secure new business.
Demonstrated customer service skills in a showroom or sales environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Trade show or convention industry experience is a plus.
Experience developing targeted solicitation strategies to secure key accounts.
Experience in cabinetry, showroom operations, or related interior design sales environments.
Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and take initiative in driving sales and business development.
Comfort working with technology and design tools to support client presentations and proposals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
