Account Development Representative - Entry Level - Onsite - Goodyear, AZ

Job Title: Account Development Representative

Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site)

Schedule: Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-11am (flexible) - Can work a full 40-hour week or have a half-day Friday if you are hitting your targets

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.

Manage high-volume, short sales cycles.

Communicate product benefits clearly.

Track leads and progress in CRM.

Collaborate with your team to hit goals.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and phone skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Telesales or inside sales experience preferred.

Comfortable with CRM tools.

4-year degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Uncapped commissions.

Example: $300k in volume = $3,600/month in commissions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
