Job Duties:

Support Account Executive in servicing assigned book of benefits accounts

Providecustomer service for assigned accounts, which includes handling daily emails and phone calls fromclients, vendors, and other team members

Build and maintain client relationships

Maintain electronic filing and required data in Benefit Point (agency management system)

Participate or assist in the new business process

Attend client meetings and open enrollment meetings as needed

Prepare, print, and, in some cases, deliver communication material to clients

Review contracts, plan documents, and plan summaries for accuracy

Prepare benchmark reporting

Assist team members with compliance materials, including 5500s, wrap documents, and ACA reporting documents

Assist clients with claims, billing, and other day to day service issues

Qualifications

2-5years ofexperience within employee benefits, human resources, or a related field

High school diplomarequired, collegedegree preferred

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent written andoral communication skills

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

High attention to detail essential

Client presentation experience preferred

Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within three months of employment)

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HAS and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, personal, floating holidays and company holidays. In addition, eligible annual bonuses, equity and commissions may be available for some positions.

The posting end date is September 15th, 2026. This may change depending on the volume of applicants. This hybrid role requires 4 days per week in the office.

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
