Summary This position is located in Anniston, Alabama at the Center for Domestic Preparedness. The ideal candidate will be an information security expert with system/network skills (Cisco, Azure, Office365, Nutanix, VMware), risk management compliance, and vulnerability mitigation to ensure robust systems and secure operations. Responsibilities What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC). Typical assignments include: Anticipating, identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and minimizing risks associated with IT systems vulnerabilities. Participating in technical vulnerability testing and network assessments to counter unauthorized attempts to enter automation information systems. Developing systems security plans, data recovery procedures, local policy guidance, regulations and procedures, and standard operating procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are followed.
