Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Long Beach, CA

Pay: $24/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the main point of contact at our Long Beach branch. This position supports customers and dealers with order processing, product information, delivery coordination, and day-to-day customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities

Order Support: Take and process orders by phone, email, and in person. Review dealer requests and order acknowledgments.

Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor shipment schedules and help ensure deliveries are completed on time. Expedite orders when necessary.

Team Coordination: Work closely with outside sales, inside sales, credit, delivery, and production teams.

Customer Assistance: Answer product and technical questions and prepare basic price quotes for the sales team.

Administrative Support: Process returns, manage customer credits, and enter order specifications accurately into the computer system.

Provide friendly, professional service while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or related work experience preferred.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.

Computer Skills: Comfortable with data entry, email, and basic computer systems.

Math Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.

Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
