Customer Service Representative

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting internal teams and customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)

What's the Job?

Enter and manage customer orders including stock, extrusion, and replenishment

Support accounting, quality control, sales, and production teams

Assist with inventory control and tracking materials and shipments

Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and external processors

Help customers with questions, tracking, pricing, and return procedures

What's Needed?

Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with Epics, Oracle, Excel, Outlook, and Word

Strong computer skills and organizational abilities

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Reliable work ethic with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
