Job Description
NOTE: This position is offered as a hybrid role in the Seattle, WA area. You must be willing to work onsite at the Nordstrom Seattle office a minimum of 4 days/week in order to be considered for this position.
As Product Manager 2 for Outbound Fulfillment, you'll own the roadmap for the technology and processes that bring customer orders to life - order management, pick, pack, and ship - as part of Nordstrom's Supply Chain Product Management team. You'll partner closely with warehouse operations, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to make fulfillment faster, more accurate, and better for the customer waiting on their delivery.
A day in the life...
Prioritize the product roadmap to optimize impact and balance deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Prioritize the feature backlog, accounting for complexity, impact, and cohesion with organizational strategy
Break down roadmaps into releasable features, owning prioritization and sequencing with moderate support
Partner with engineering leadership to define scope and deliverables within and across sprints
Write complete user stories and acceptance criteria within your product area, influencing within your domain
Work with engineering and business partners to optimize between customer value and technical effort, complexity, and risk, with minimal support
Design testing, measurement, and telemetry to produce learnings and validate hypotheses
Drive progress against deliverables, engaging leadership to manage risks and dependencies as necessary
Facilitate and contribute to planning sessions within your squad
Evangelize your product and influence strategic roadmap decisions within your domain and with key stakeholders
Build relationships with engineering, operations, and business partners to align priorities and resolve dependencies
Engage cross-functionally to ensure incidents are appropriately triaged and addressed, communicating impacts across the business with support
Contribute to success criteria for launch, coordinating across functional and squad boundaries
Contextualize feature launch within the broader customer and user experience to ensure consistency
Integrate repeatable measurement into data-driven decision-making to determine value and drive roadmap adjustments, with leadership support
You own this if you have...
4+ years of product management experience, or equivalent business or domain experience, preferably in supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment operations
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO) is a plus
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with Manhattan Associates Active WMS or similar platforms is a plus
Proven ability to define and optimize processes, leveraging data for decision-making
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and monitoring
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities
Experience with order management, pick/pack/ship, or fulfillment center operations

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$121,500.00 - $188,500.00 Annual
