We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Partner in Woodland Hills, California. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for an entry-level candidate seeking a part-time morning schedule of up to 20 hours per week in an office setting that values attention to detail. The role calls for someone who can stay organized, handle multiple priorities with confidence, and contribute energy and initiative to daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Partner, helping keep schedules, documents, and office tasks well organized.

Answer incoming calls, greet visitors professionally, and serve as a reliable first point of contact for the office.

Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Office tools.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate records, files, and other administrative data in a timely manner.

Coordinate morning office activities, manage shifting priorities, and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.

Assist with presentation materials, reporting, and general office projects that require strong attention to detail and responsiveness.

Support front-desk and receptionist functions while maintaining an experienced and detail-oriented office environment.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist, or similar position.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve productivity and support administrative tasks.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while staying organized and accurate.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to phone and in-person interactions.

High level of energy, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
