Job Description
The Parts Warehouse Laborer supports smooth production and distribution operations by accurately pulling orders from inventory, delivering materials and supplies to production areas, and staging finished products for shipment. This role performs a mix of manual and clerical tasks related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a wide variety of materials, equipment, and supplies. The position is safety-sensitive and requires consistent adherence to company policies and safety procedures while performing all essential job functions.
Responsibilities
Pull orders from inventory accurately and efficiently to support production and customer fulfillment needs.
Deliver production materials and supplies to designated areas to ensure continuous workflow.
Stage finished products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling, placement, and readiness for transport.
Perform manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials and products in the warehouse.
Carry out clerical duties related to shipping and receiving, including checking documentation and verifying quantities.
Inspect incoming materials and supplies for accuracy, quality, and condition before storing or issuing.
Store materials, equipment, and supplies in appropriate locations to maintain an organized warehouse.
Issue and deliver materials and supplies to internal departments as requested, following proper procedures.
Handle materials using pallet jacks and other approved equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, recognizing the safety-sensitive nature of the role.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safe operations and efficient material flow.
Assist with general labor tasks in the warehouse as needed to support overall operations.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Proficiency in inventory handling and order picking in a warehouse environment.
Experience with production support activities, including delivering materials and staging finished products.
Ability to perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and organizing materials.
Material handling skills, including safe use of pallet jacks.
Attention to detail when inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials and supplies.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
Capability to work safely in a safety-sensitive role and maintain awareness of hazards in the warehouse.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience performing both manual and clerical duties in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Familiarity with basic shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams.
Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly storage and staging areas.
Reliability and punctuality to support consistent production and distribution operations.

Work Environment
This role is based in a non-climate-controlled shop environment where you work in and around warehouse and production areas. You handle various materials and supplies, operate pallet jacks, and move between inventory storage, staging, and shipping zones. The position involves regular physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the shift. You follow established safety procedures and work in a setting that focuses on maintaining an organized and functional warehouse to support production and distribution needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
