You Are:
You are a senior SAP Manufacturing leader with deep experience designing and delivering SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP PP, and manufacturing execution solutions. You bring the ability to shape client manufacturing transformation agendas, lead complex S/4HANA-to-shop-floor solution design, guide executive-level key design decisions, and build high-performing Accenture delivery teams across global manufacturing programs.
The Work:
Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing, production, quality, execution, and shop-floor processes to define future-state SAP Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, SAP PP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, MES, quality, inventory, warehouse, and shop-floor integration domains.
Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementation programs, from design and configuration through build, integration testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
Facilitate executive and cross-functional design workshops, driving key design decisions with clear recommendations, standard SAP leading practices, and fit-to-standard guidance.
Direct the design, configuration, extension, testing, and deployment of SAP Digital Manufacturing capabilities including production execution, resource orchestration, POD design, production process design, quality execution, traceability, and analytics.
Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP EWM, SAP QM, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, shop-floor equipment, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and automation systems.
Provide senior-level oversight for production connector, PCo, OPC, MQTT, API, and equipment integration patterns to enable real-time data capture, operational visibility, and automation.
Advise clients on SAP ME/MII/legacy MES modernization, cloud MES adoption, global template strategy, multi-plant rollout planning, and sustainable support models.
Collaborate with project teams, delivery leads, client executives, architects, and Accenture capability leaders to create differentiated SAP Manufacturing offerings and delivery assets.
Coach and mentor consultants, solution architects, and client teams while maintaining delivery quality, risk management, and alignment to business outcomes.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience, including SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP Manufacturing Execution, SAP MII, Plant Connectivity (PCo), and manufacturing integration solutions.
Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in a solution lead, functional lead, architect, or program leadership capacity.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution and insights, including configuration, Production Process Designer modeling, POD design, APIs, manufacturing data objects, extensions, reports, and analytics.
Minimum of 2 years of experience and understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transaction data, including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, production/process orders, confirmations, goods movements, and quality integration.
Minimum of 2 years experience designing integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing using standard interfaces, APIs, IDocs/BAPIs, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, and shop-floor connectivity patterns.
Experience leading client workshops, define key design decisions, manage senior stakeholders, and translate manufacturing business objectives into scalable SAP solution designs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience requires a minimum of 12 years total work experience.
Bonus Points If:
You have experience with SAP Quality Management, including quality master data, inspection planning, results recording, nonconformance management, usage decision, and integration with SAP Digital Manufacturing.
You have experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and its integration with manufacturing processes including staging, floor stock, component consumption, goods issue, and goods receipt.
You have experience with manufacturing analytics, OEE, KPI design, operational reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, manufacturing data objects, and insight-driven performance improvement.
You have an understanding of OPC servers, OPC UA/DA, MQTT, PLCs, SCADA, historians, SAP Production Connector, and integration with shop-floor automation systems.
You have experience with SAP ME/MII modernization, global MES templates, multi-site rollouts, regulated manufacturing environments, or cloud-based MES transformation.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
