Members lead architectural design, conduct thorough reviews, and apply data-driven decision-making to solve complex challenges in a high-scale environment. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement are key, with a strong emphasis on technical leadership, mentoring, and delivering high-quality software that meets evolving business needs.
What you'll do:
Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap and domain priorities.
Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring.
Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components supporting automation and multi-step reasoning.
Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and data-driven decision making.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to deliver scalable and resilient platforms.
Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to ensure maintainable and modular solutions.
Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Skilled in debugging, remedial action, and problem-solving to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Ability to apply data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and measure success.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
Familiarity with DevOps engineering practices to enhance developer productivity and platform capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
