Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy postal services team. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced service environment alongside a larger support team. The role offers a casual workplace setting and provides access to medical benefits as well as paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with service-related questions, requests, and general support in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

Provide clear information about postal service offerings, procedures, and next steps to ensure a positive customer experience.

Handle a steady volume of interactions while maintaining accuracy, patience, and attention to detail.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve concerns and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Review internal training materials and job-related resources before and during the assignment to stay prepared for the role.

Document customer interactions and follow established processes for service follow-up and issue resolution.

Requirements - Previous customer service experience or strong transferable experience in a client-facing role.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of customers.

Comfortable working in a team environment with multiple representatives performing similar duties.

Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
