Overview

Kaukahi, LLC is seeking a SCA - Project Administrative Assistant to provides on-site support and acts as the GFEBS cProjects Processor. The Project Admin Assistant provides the work reception function, electronic data management and staffing of DA Form 4283, and shall support Business Operations and Integration (BOID) planning and executing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem solving and customer service skills in their interaction and support of all departments within the installations Directorate of Public Works (DPW). This position is available on-site between 0800 - 1600 hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and maintain data in the GFEBS Work Management cProjects module.

Perform work reception, electronic data management, and staffing of DA Form 4283.Support BOID planning and execution activities.

Provide administrative support to DPW departments and serve as a point of contact for project coordination.

Utilize Microsoft Office, ArMA, and other database systems for accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project creation and data management in the GFEBS Work Management module cProjects.

Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) at time of the contract start date and throughout employment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.

Ability to work independently and as a member of the DPW team.

The Project Admin Assistant shall obtain the following access in ISR Web:

The Project Admin Assistant must have or obtain the following roles in GFEBS:

cProjects Project Lead DPW

Project Financial Controller

Project Structure Controller

Project Administrator

cProjects Project Lead

cProjects User DPW

Job Location: Fort A.P. Hill, VA

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25lbs.

Hourly Rate: $23.56 - $28.36
