Description We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to join a boutique manufacturing environment in Santa Fe Springs, California. This is a Contract position supporting office administration, data accuracy, and receiving coordination in a hands-on onsite setting. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing clerical support with inventory and shipment-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records by entering shipment, inventory, and product details into company systems and spreadsheets.

Review packing documentation and receiving paperwork before processing information to ensure records are complete and correct.

Support incoming shipment activities by comparing delivered items against documentation and updating inventory status accordingly.

Notify operations or warehouse personnel when shipment inconsistencies, missing information, or inventory variances are identified.

Adjust and track product pricing information across internal files and system records with close attention to detail.

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance through document filing, scanning, printing, and general record organization.

Answer inbound calls and assist with receptionist-style front office support as needed.

Contribute to additional office or warehouse-related tasks to help maintain smooth daily operations. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, receiving, logistics, or a related office environment is preferred.

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets are required.

Ability to use computers efficiently, including office software and inventory-related systems.

High level of accuracy when handling pricing, shipment, and inventory information.

Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate clearly across office and warehouse teams.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
