Description

We are looking for a dependable General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations in Santa Ana, California. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office, assisting internal employees, and keeping records accurate and organized. The role is fully onsite and requires a detail-oriented, service-focused approach while handling data entry, document management, and front-line office support.

Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain information accurately in company systems, including creating purchase orders and updating related records.

Review invoices against purchase orders and help ensure documentation is complete and properly matched.

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance by scanning, filing, and organizing office documents for easy retrieval.

Respond to questions from field employees and offer helpful support while escalating issues when needed.

Answer incoming calls and direct requests to the appropriate person or department in a courteous manner.

Support back-office activities that keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Use Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to prepare, track, and manage administrative information.

Maintain a welcoming and organized office presence for employees and visitors throughout the day.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support role.

Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

Comfortable answering inbound calls and assisting employees with routine questions.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable demeanor.

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in an onsite office environment. TalentMatch®
