Associate Test Engineer

Hands-on electronics testing role in a lab environment. You'll test, troubleshoot, and validate electronic hardware while working closely with electrical, software, and mechanical engineering teams.

What You'll Do

Test and troubleshoot PCBs and electronic hardware

Run verification & validation (V&V) and automated tests

Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment

Analyze test results and identify root causes

Document findings and support product development

Help maintain lab equipment and test setups

What You'll Bring

Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic hardware

Ability to read basic schematics

Familiarity with common electrical test equipment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Python or test automation experience

Network testing (Ethernet/Fiber)

Soldering and PCB rework experience

Work Environment

Primarily onsite electronics lab

Flexible schedule with core hours of 10 AM to 3 PM

Collaborative, cross-functional engineering team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $68.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
