We have an outstanding Contract position for aCustomer Service Representativeto join a leading Company located in theVan Nuys, CAsurrounding area.

Pay Rate: $23-25/hour

Working in a fast-paced environment, this position will be the point of contact for customer interaction and will be required to work with various departments to provide quality service and deliver orders on time.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales cycle (quotation, order entry, process shipping docs, invoicing, follow up with the customer, etc.); Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner;

Maintain customer relations;

Remedy customer issues;

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;

Act as backup for front desk (i.e., covering phones, greeting visitors);

Cold call customers;

Work with customers to understand and anticipate future needs.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Desired Qualifications:

2-4 years of customer service experience.

This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.
