Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce platform development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), automation, security configuration, and Agile delivery practices. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.

Skills and Requirements

-Salesforce Development: Declarative configuration (custom objects, validation rules, page layouts), programmatic basics (Apex classes, triggers, anonymous blocks, bulkification best practices), and UI development (Lightning Web Components, modern JavaScript ES6+).

-Automation & Security: Flow Builder (Record-Triggered and Autolaunched Flows), SOQL/SOSL queries, and Salesforce sharing/security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWDs).

-DevOps & Testing: Unit testing (Apex Test Classes, mock data), version control (Git/GitHub/BitBucket), and data management (Data Loader, Inspector).

-Execution & Processes: SDLC (Develop, Test, Deploy), Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery, Developer Console & Debug Logs troubleshooting, technical documentation, and user story comprehension.
